We recently moved within Amritsar and had an excellent experience with Mahavir Packers and Movers. The communication with them was exceptional, and George was particularly helpful in answering all our queries and providing valuable information in the lead-up to our move. The team was prompt in responding to our inquiries, yet not too pushy or aggressive in their approach. One of the best parts of our experience with Mahavir Packers and Movers was the ease with which they provided the certificate of insurance for our new building. This saved us a lot of hassle and ensured that we could focus on other aspects of our move. In addition, we rented their bins, which was an excellent service that made our move much more manageable. The team was efficient, professional, and careful in handling all our belongings, including the disassembly and reassembly of large furniture.
I recently hired Siwach Packers and Movers for my move and I must say it was a great experience. I contacted them two weeks before my move and provided them with an estimate of what I thought was going to be moved. However, as expected, once we started packing, we realized that there were more items that needed to be moved than we originally thought. The day before the move, I called Siwach Packers and Movers to let them know about the changes and asked for an estimate of the additional cost. To my surprise, the additional cost was only 2000 rupees, which was very reasonable. I was worried that the initial estimate would be too low and they would charge me an exorbitant amount later on, but that was not the case. I am wondering if those who have complained about the added cost did not call prior to let them know about the changes. Overall, Siwach Packers and Movers provided great customer service and were very responsive to my needs. They made the moving process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy moving company.
