While the overall experience was satisfactory, there were a few issues that prevented me from giving them a higher rating. Firstly, the communication leading up to the move was not as smooth as I would have liked. It took a few follow-up calls and emails to confirm the details of the move and the services I needed. This caused some uncertainty and stress leading up to the move day. On the day of the move, the packing and loading process went smoothly and efficiently. However, there were a few items that were not properly labeled or organized, which led to some confusion and delay when unloading at my new home. Additionally, there were a few minor damages to some of my furniture pieces, which was a bit disappointing. I did appreciate the extra services offered by Deepak Movers and Packers, such as the carpenter and handyman services. However, I felt that the pricing for these services was a bit on the higher side, which added to the overall cost of the move. Overall, I would say that my experience with Deepak Movers and Packers was average. While they provided good service in some areas, there were some aspects that could be improved upon. I would recommend them to others, but with the caveat that they should be prepared to be proactive in communication and organization, and to be mindful of the additional costs for extra services.
