I have been a long-time customer of Jai Shiv Packers Movers in Amritsar and have had mostly positive experiences with them. However, my recent move was quite disappointing. Despite having three movers and only moving a one-bedroom apartment just five blocks away with elevators in both buildings, the move took a staggering five hours. Moreover, during the move, my expensive bed frame and a chair were broken, and the majority of my furniture was scratched. I was quite upset by this lack of care and attention to detail. While the company did offer a discount of 500 rupees, I feel it was not nearly enough to make up for the damage caused. I am still waiting for them to take responsibility for the damages and provide an adequate solution. Overall, I am disappointed with the service provided by Jai Shiv Packers Movers for this particular move.
