I recently used Safexpres Packers and Movers Ahmedabad for my relocation needs, and unfortunately, I can only give them a 2-star rating. My experience with this company was not entirely positive. Firstly, they showed up late on the moving day, which caused a lot of inconvenience for me as I had already made arrangements with my new landlord to move in at a specific time. Secondly, the movers were not very professional and did not handle my belongings with care. Some of my items were damaged during the move, and I was very disappointed to see this. Furthermore, the communication with the company was not good. When I tried to contact them to discuss the damage, they were not very responsive, and it took a long time to get a response from them. The customer service was not up to my expectations, and I did not feel valued as a customer. Overall, while Safexpres Packers and Movers Ahmedabad did help me with my move, I cannot say that I had a good experience with them. I would recommend that they improve their communication with customers and train their staff to handle items with care to avoid damages during the move.

My wife and I first hired Safexpres Packers and Movers Ahmedabad back in 2021, when we were moving from a 3rd floor walk-up in the city to another 3rd floor walk-up. We were fortunate to have chosen Safexpres Packers and Movers for the move, as their team did an excellent job and we were very satisfied with their services. When we needed to move again due to rent increases, we didn't hesitate to hire Safexpres Packers and Movers once more, despite being on a tight budget. What sets Safexpres Packers and Movers apart is their attention to detail and clear communication from the outset. Their staff took the time to explain the contract and pricing, leaving no room for ambiguity or surprises. Additionally, they demonstrated a patient and understanding approach to our move, even helping us pack the remaining items that we hadn't managed to organize. The team at Safexpres Packers and Movers are incredibly professional and efficient. They did not complain even once, despite the challenging task of moving multiple boxes and furniture pieces from a 3rd floor walk-up to a 4th floor walk-up. They simply got the job done and did it well. One detail that particularly stood out to me was when Safexpres Packers and Movers asked me which route I preferred to take to our new place, offering the option of a toll road or a bridge route. I opted for the bridge route to avoid additional fees, and appreciated the fact that they gave me the choice and did not try to tack on extra charges at the end of the move. All in all, I highly recommend Safexpres Packers and Movers Ahmedabad to anyone seeking a reliable and trustworthy moving company that takes great care of their clients' belongings. They truly made our move a stress-free experience, and we would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
