I recently used the services of Shri Shyam Packers and Movers for my household move from Jalandhar to Ludhiana. Overall, my experience with them was good, but I must say that their team was a little bit unprofessional. The packing and loading process was done efficiently, but some of my items were not handled with the care that I expected. However, their customer service was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. Additionally, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other movers in the area. Overall, I would give Shri Shyam Packers and Movers a 3-star rating. While their team could use some improvement in terms of professionalism and care for belongings, their customer service and pricing were both satisfactory.
Shri Shyam Packers and Movers for my 1 BHK apartment move
I recently used Shri Shyam Packers and Movers for my 1 BHK apartment move from the 1st floor to the 6th floor in Panipat. While they did complete the move without any major damages, there were a few issues that made the experience less than ideal. Firstly, the team arrived a bit later than the scheduled time, which caused some inconvenience. Secondly, they seemed to be in a rush and didn't handle some of the fragile items with as much care as I would have liked. Lastly, the pricing was a bit higher than I expected and there were some hidden charges that were not disclosed upfront. Overall, while the move was completed successfully, there were some areas for improvement in terms of timeliness, handling of fragile items, and pricing transparency. Therefore, I am giving a 3-star rating to Shri Shyam Packers and Movers.
Moving from Panipat can be quite challenging
Moving from Panipat can be quite challenging, but Shri Shyam Packers and Movers made it a hassle-free experience. Their team navigated the logistics with ease, packing all of our items quickly and efficiently, and preparing the shipment for unloading and reloading onto the final truck. They were very responsive during the quoting process, and were able to accommodate the many changes we had to make. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the destination pin code, resulting in the shipment being sent 500 miles away from its actual destination. While neither party caught the mistake initially, I ultimately signed the paperwork on moving day, so the error was on me. However, Shri Shyam Packers and Movers only charged me for the extra mileage charge from the interstate carrier, without adding any profit on top of that. When the carrier arrived, they quickly unloaded the items and, after a brief discussion, unpacked everything and removed the cartons as Shri Shyam Packers and Movers had indicated they would. While they may not have been the cheapest option, their good reviews and fair pricing were worth it. I appreciated that they anticipated costs and quoted a fair price, without adding any additional fees (except in the case of the destination error). Overall, I had a positive experience with Shri Shyam Packers and Movers, and would have given them five stars if it weren't for the destination error that both parties missed. I would caution against choosing carriers solely based on low prices, as they often add on fees that make the final cost higher than expected. With Shri Shyam Packers and Movers, I felt that I received fair and transparent pricing, as well as excellent service from a responsive and professional team.
